In general, you’re eligible to redeem for loan balance credit if you have a serviced Rocket Mortgage loan. You’re not eligible if your loan is an assumed loan or if you applied through a broker or one of our partners.

To redeem your points for loan balance credit, you must be up to date on your mortgage and credit card payments. You also need to have at least 6,250 rewards points – that’s enough points to get the $25 minimum credit.

You won’t be able to redeem for this reward if you have any outstanding payments.
