Yes. In order for you to be eligible to receive a referral bonus, the person you referred must use your referral link to submit an application during an active referral offer.

For example, if there was an active referral offer from September 1, 2023 to September 30, 2023 and someone used your referral link to submit their application during that period, you would be eligible for the associated referral bonus, even if they did not actually receive their card until after the referral offer ended on September 30th.
