What’s happening?

Sadly, the Rocket Visa Signature® Card program is shutting down. On September 8, 2025, all Rocket Cards were closed. As part of that process, servicing of Rocket Card accounts was transferred to Absolute Resolutions Investments, LLC on October 28.

If you still have an outstanding balance on your account:

You are still responsible for making payments. To make payments and manage your card, register your new account at https://creditselfservice.corecard.com/ARI. To register you will need your full account number ((starting with “9000000…”), which can be found at the top of your monthly statements.

Your linked bank account information, Autopay settings (including Late Fee Protection), and statements will automatically transfer to the new system. From October 28 on, you will manage your card in the new system. Payments will be made to Absolute Resolutions Investments LLC.

What payment options are available?

  • Automatic payments: If you’re currently using Autopay or Late Fee Protection, this payment setting will automatically carry over to the new system. Going forward, these will both be called “Autopay.”

  • One-time online payments: Free at https://creditselfservice.corecard.com/ARI.

  • By phone: 1-800-680-7892

  • By mail: Send a check or money order with your account number to:
    Absolute Resolutions Investments, LLC
8000 Norman Center Drive, Ste. 350
    Bloomington, MN 55437

Please make all checks payable to: Absolute Resolutions Investments, LLC

Do you need to relink your bank account?

No. Any linked bank account setup with Rocket Card will be transferred over to the new system.

Will your account terms change?

No. Your interest rate, payment calculations, and other terms remain the same. Your account will also be marked as current at the time of this transfer.

Starting October 28, can you still use rocketcard.com or the Rocket Money app to manage your Card?

No, your account was transferred to Absolute Resolutions, so as of October 28 you’ll need to use their portal for all account management: https://creditselfservice.corecard.com/ARI.

How will you get your monthly statements?

Your statements will be available in the new portal, and you’ll receive an email each month when your statement is ready.

Who do you contact with questions?

The fastest and most secure way to access your account information is through: https://creditselfservice.corecard.com/ARI. You can also email customercare@absoluteresolutions.com or call 1-800-680-7892 (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm CT).

If you do not have an outstanding balance on your account:

Since your account has no remaining balance, there is no further action needed from you. Absolute Resolutions will maintain your account records and provide support if you have questions.

Do you need to make payments?

No. Your Rocket Card account has been closed and shows no balance due.

How do you access your account records or statements from Absolute Resolutions?

  • You can access these through Absolute Resolution’s portal.

  • Register at https://creditselfservice.corecard.com/ARI starting October 28.

  • You’ll need your full account number (starting with “9000000…”), which can be found on your final statement.

Why is the Rocket Visa Signature® Card program ending?

By retiring the Rocket Card program, Rocket can continue making every step in your homeownership journey even better. From monitoring your personal finances to paying off your mortgage, Rocket will invest in the tools and services that are best suited to help you reach your goals.

What happens to my account?

You will still have access to your Rocket Card account records and statements through Absolute Resolutions’ portal: https://creditselfservice.corecard.com/ARI.

Even after your card is closed, you will still be responsible for making payments on any remaining balance, in accordance with your Cardholder Agreement. Missing payments or paying late may negatively impact your credit score and lead to fees.

The account closure will be reported to credit bureaus as “closed by issuer,” which is standard for a discontinued card program and will not reflect negatively on you. However, changes in your credit utilization may impact your credit score.

Can I still redeem points after my card is closed?

No, points are no longer available as of October 22, 2025.
