As of October 31, 2025 at 2pm eastern time, all management and servicing for Rocket Card accounts are handled directly by our program manager, Deserve. This includes payments, statements, and customer service.
What does this mean for my account?
Payments and account management are now completed directly through Deserve. The Rocket Money app can no longer be used to manage or make payments toward your Rocket Card account.
How can I make payments or view statements?
Payments, account management, and statement access are available directly through Deserve. Please contact their support team at 1-650-681-2295 for information on accessing your account or viewing your statements.
Am I still responsible for my outstanding balance?
Yes. Any remaining balance continues to be your responsibility and should be paid directly to Deserve according to your account terms.
