My account is suspended! How do I fix it?

Why this happened

Credit card accounts are suspended most commonly because of a late payment.

If the minimum payment amount isn't paid by the statement due date listed on your card account screen in the app, two things happen:

  1. You will be charged a late fee

  2. Your account will automatically become suspended, and you can't use your card

Accounts can also become suspended if there's suspected fraud or for a number of other reasons. If your account is still suspended more than 1-2 days after you’ve paid the minimum payment, contact our support team:

If you have a Rocket Visa Signature Card:

  • Phone: 1-866-994-7551

    • Monday - Friday 9:00am - 9:00pm EST

    • Saturday 10:00am - 3:00pm EST

If you have a Rocket Card:

  • Phone: 1-650-681-2295

    • Monday - Friday 9:00am - 9:00pm EST

    • Saturday 10:00am - 3:00pm EST

What you can do next

Pay the minimum payment ASAP.

Once you make the minimum payment on your account, expect your suspension to lift in about 1-2 business days.

Worried about your credit?

Good news, late payments are not reported to credit bureaus until the payment is 30 days past due, so you have some time to make at least the minimum payment.
