Why this happened

Credit cards most often decline because of insufficient funds, delinquent account status, inactive or frozen card, invalid card details, or suspected fraud. There are a variety of reasons your card may have declined, but don’t fret - we are here to help.

What you can do next

If you receive a declined transaction notification, please click the push or email link to find out what next steps you can take. This may include unfreezing your account, correcting your card details or activating your physical card. If you’re worried about fraud or would like to speak with our support team, please reach out via the number below.
