You have several options to pay down your card balance. You can make one-time payments and schedule payments for future dates. You can also enroll in Autopay, Late Fee Protection or SmartPay to stay ahead of your payments

Enroll in Autopay to set up automatic payments

By enrolling in Autopay, you will have one regularly scheduled, recurring payment in the amount and on the date you choose each month. You can choose to pay your statement balance, your minimum payment, or a custom amount. With Autopay, you’ll also choose which date to pay this amount each month.

Enable SmartPay to pay down your balance throughout the month

SmartPay is a feature that can help you grow your credit by automatically paying down your balance regularly and on-time, helping you avoid accruing interest—one of the biggest contributors to credit card debt. With SmartPay, you choose your payment settings and SmartPay does the rest by attempting to pay down your balance in small bites over time, instead of one big chunk at the end of your statement cycle.

Use Late Fee Protection

Late Fee Protection is a payment option that can help you avoid incurring a late fee* and potential negative impact to your credit score by making sure you pay your minimum payment due and not missing your payments. If your due date is one day away and you have not yet made your minimum payment, Late Fee Protection will automatically process a payment to cover your remaining minimum payment due.

Schedule a payment

Scheduling a payment enables you to set up a payment ahead of time for a future date. By scheduling payments, you choose what to pay and when to pay it. Keep in mind, you can only schedule one payment at a time within your current statement cycle before your next statement generates.

Pay manually with one-time payments

One-Time Payments allow you to manually select your payment amount whenever you are ready to pay. You can set a custom payment amount or choose to pay your minimum balance, your statement balance, or your entire current balance.

Pay by check

Another option is to pay with a check. When writing a check to pay your bill, you must include the “statement coupon” in the envelope with your check in order for the check to be processed automatically (which is faster). If you don't include “statement coupon”, the check will still be processed, but slower via a manual process.

What is a statement coupon?

The “statement coupon” is the portion of the 1st page of your statement below the dotted line. You can write your name and account number on your check or print out your statement and cut the coupon from the dotted line.

Where do I mail my check?

You can find the mailing address in your statement. The bottom right corner of your statement contains info about where to mail your check, and who to make it out to.

Pay by phone

You can also make a payment over the phone.
